• Real time Inventory reconciliation of components consigned to suppliers and components sold directly to suppliers thus ASI inventory records are accurate and up to date via the Bill & Hold procedure.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) relative to Forecast performance, chronic shortages, supplier performance, Customer delivery performance, etc.
• Assist Supply Chain Specialists in the development and implementation of supply chain best practices.
• Ensure all staff members are cross trained to ensure no disruption when a member is off.
• Ensure that each Sales Order that has been entered has a offsetting Purchase Order, therefore no gaps or future issues. Establish as a monthly cadence.
• Ensure Contract Manufacturers are in compliance with the conditions of the Master Supply Agreements (MSA’s).
