Lean Machine is looking for an individual to join our engineering team in a new position that has been created due to growth in the company. This position will work on a team responsible for both maintenance of existing equipment and cells and creation and procurement of new equipment and cells in the future. Another large part of this position is making calculated adjustments to existing programs for currently running programs and creating new programs for new parts and processes.

Mechanical Skills

What You’ll Do

Continually reduce manual tasks for creating, managing, and updating cloud platform resources within Pollard through automation opportunities for configuration and monitoring.

Understand customer requirements and project KPIs on behalf of the Cloud Platform group.
