Seasonal associates are also responsible for processing shipments, replenishment of sales floor, stockroom maintenance, cleaning and general organization.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

Sales

  • You will fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
  • You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers, focusing on building sales.
  • You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.

    Stock

  • You will assist with the store�s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • You will support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery and selling.
  • You will become familiar with all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
  • You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures. Report violations to the supervisor.
