A Realtor, or Real Estate Agent, helps clients buy and sell homes. The primary responsibility of a Realtor is to list homes for clients, help home buyers find the right property, and arrange sales agreements between the two parties.

What does a Realtor do?

Realtors help their clients list their homes at competitive prices to get the most money. A Realtor works with the seller to make sure their home is in the best condition possible, through renovations or staging, before listing it on the market. Realtors also work with clients looking to buy homes. They schedule property tours and accompany buyers on home visits. Realtors advise buyers about a home’s quality and value. A Realtor engages in continuous education to remain up-to-date on industry news and practices as well as the current market in their particular region.
