A working knowledge and experience with container freight station operations, Truck Mate experience is an asset.

Duties:

• Planning and dispatching of highway units
• Update Truckmate (TMW) in ‘real time’ as events occur. Ensure all billing and driver information is present to ensure orders are invoiced correctly and drivers are paid properly.

We are looking for a detail-oriented City Dispatcher to be responsible for assigning, dispatching, and routing truck drivers within GTA to coordinate pickups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor truck drivers’ routes and adjust as necessary to ensure efficient delivery of freight
• Responsible for creating shipping and dispatch records that keep track of dispatched calls, driver routes, delivery and pick up schedules, and truck repairs and maintenance.
• Review, record and maintain all relevant data including driver’s hours, delivery locations, and freight information
