Purpose

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the IT specialist works, alongside with the IT/Training manager to ensure the smooth daily operation, upkeep, and maintenance of TIES� IT systems, including desktop and laptop computers (in offices and labs), servers, printers, and the Microsoft 365 service, including the Outlook email client along with the IT/Training manager. The specialist will prioritize the work for the TIES Childcare Centre project (TIES ChildCC), and provide necessary support to other departments as needed.
