The Operations Manager & Sales role is to assist & support the front line team, communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, problem solving, assist in recruitment & training & help create marketing/ advertising strategies, and ensure that employees follow company policies and regulations and lead in the IHG brand mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training & providing exceptional, professional excellent guest service.
• Follows the IHG Loyalty standards and membership program.
• Communicates and implements current and new procedures and expectations.
• Responds and follows up to inquiries relating to guest surveys and concerns.

Position Summary

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position is responsible for leading and participating in the day to day operations of the Customer Service, Dispatch and Parts departments, providing guidance and supervision to the team to ensure we are providing best in class customer service to internal and external customers.
