Position Overview

As a Server/Shift Leader, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience consistently meets (or exceeds!) expectations. Supervisory Responsibility

The Shift Leader acts as the manager on duty during their assigned shifts, supporting team members to provide a great guest experience, providing a shift summary for location management, and may undertake coaching conversations appropriate to the scope of their role.

  • Maintains good communication with Servers, Bartenders and the kitchen team, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations
