The Perfect Candidate:

Is fully qualified in Interior Design from a recognized organization

Possesses a strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems, and specifications

Has 4+ years of experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

Is fluent in Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD or equivalent

Understands budgets, schedules, and fees for a project

Can prove excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage projects, meetings and workload

Has a clean driving license and own transportation

Responsibilities:

Going to clients' homes for on-site consultations and providing es from said consultations

Producing concept designs and drawings

Providing design advice or services on an hourly basis

Creating detailed drawings on AutoCAD or equivalent

Managing projects from start to finish

Coordinating with suppliers, clients and trades to ensure projects and orders run smoothly

Managing budget and communicating the entire design process often with the client

Putting together furniture packages for rooms and accessorizing

Working and pulling products from 122 West's 60+ suppliers, with excellent product knowledge

Interior Designer/Sales Manager

� Collaborating with the Creative Design by Kaur Principal Designers to curate beautiful spaces for our clients.

� Executing all stages of the projects, including client communications, consultation appointments, onsite measurements, space planning, sourcing pieces for each room, presentation appointments and the design installation.

� Being proactive and finding new clients and leads.

� Taking care of the showroom, and customers that walk in and process any sales

� Responsible for our social media, Instagram and Tik Tok to drive sales

Successful Applicants will possess.

� A degree or diploma in Interior Design and 2+ years experience in residential design

� Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office 365, 3D renderings, Canva and/or Adobe
