Century 21 Energy Realty is seeking a Full-Time Rental Administration/Leasing Agent to join our Property Management team at our Prince George location. Duties will include answering phones, problem-solving, being able to deal with high conflict situations, speaking with and directing owners and tenants to the proper departments, some on call, following strict monthly schedules for receiving and posting rent and deposits, showing units, unit inspections, posting notices, filling out tenancy paperwork, among other duties required.

The applicant will be motivated and able to work independently and must have strong organizational skills and the ability to assist in developing policies and procedures in conjunction with our Fort St. John office. Applicants must enjoy working with the public, have a valid Driver's License and have their own vehicle.

The Opportunity:

This includes collaborating on the advertisement, open house event organization, tenant follow up, vetting of Tenants and offer presentation to the Property Manager. The successful candidate will have strong relationship building skills and must develop a thorough knowledge of the property and available units. The Leasing Agent will interview prospective leads, vet potential candidates and document interactions using Spark. Prompt responses to all communication will be expected as this is a pillar of Hunter McLeod�s operating principles.

This opportunity has the potential to lead into a permanent position of Property Manager, as well as to perform additional residential building Lease-Ups in the future.

The Responsibilities:

� Project timing: immediately to March 2023, extension possible if needed

� Working within and achieving the Landlord�s rental guidelines

� Managing prospective tenants, from initial contact, showing of rental suites, vetting of tenants and facilitating lease agreement/addendum execution

� Working on site to showcase units

� Utilize Spark to document interactions and provide a weekly report

� Answer all inquiries quickly, politely, and professionally

� Other related duties as necessary

The Requirements:

� 2+ years relevant lease up or rental property management experience

� High School Diploma or equivalent

� Familiarity with Spark, or ability to learn it rapidly

� Proficient with MS Office
