Base + Bonus

Don't expect any bonuses for the first year. Bonus depends on hitting a Quarterly sales target which is high and difficult to attain. A time lag of 3 months between hitting the bonus and getting paid for it. Eq- Bonus was hit for Quarter 1, will need to wait until the end of quarter 2 to get paid for...Show more
