  • The Benefits begin the first day of work, but you don't actually have them until around the four week mark. The Bank covers Dental and Medical, but the package is basic for you and your family, and it's very limited, $1000 per person. If you want the next tier up, it'll cover @1900 per person for Dental, but you have to pay approx $170/month. There is also two weeks vacation per year, and 10 sick days.
