Depends on where you work, but head office jobs - culture is diverse, people are friendly and generally want to help. It's a matrix org, but the people generally understand that and are willing to help break down silos/barriers.

I applied online through Indeed, then in about a week I received an email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to an In-person via Teams interview, and at that time I was offered the job. The whole process took one week.
