Work for corporate, not a dealer.

I worked for a corporate location in a small town and I loved Rogers. I loved the company, the inclusiveness, the culture. My coworkers and I had a great rapport, my manager was a rock solid guy. The sold off my store to a dealer and it was truly the worst. I lasted 2 weeks before finding a new job....Show more

Decent and Bad

Pay is good, benifits were fine for a high schooler. Customers hate the company, usually for valid reasons. As a sales associate, you get all the negativity from customers who dont understand that you're not the person making their lives harder.

Money was decent for a sales job but disorganised place to work for Good bonuses but they are not often, only once a year. Some incentives for staff but not best
