Job Summary - Guelph/Cambridge Division
This position will be very challenging but a rewarding way to spend your summer months. The job will test your physical and problem-solving skills and provide you with new skills that allow you to earn money from your effort. The Ideal candidate for this role is very outgoing and easily coachable, dedicated to self-improvement, hardworking, and has good time management. Some of the day-to-day activities require you to be working at heights for long hours and in the hot summer weather, having endurance and physical abilities are major assets.

Daily Tasks

  • Following our systems
  • Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, at heights and in hot weather
  • Restore and repair surfaces as needed, including drywall and other materials. as well as washing brushes and cleaning up job sites
  • Monitoring and maintaining the company crew kits
  • Work as a team
  • Driving to various sites through the week (own car)
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Having excellent client relations
  • Providing quality work
