Better pay. More accountability. Better raises. .25 cents an hour every six months is insulting, it’s not even cost of living. The only reason we got a bigger raise last time was because there was talk of unionizing. If there were fair and equitable pay and standards then Amazon wouldn’t have to worry about Unions.
