We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently and in full compliance with safety and quality standards. You will oversee day-to-day activities, optimize workflows, and lead team performance to meet operational and customer requirements. Your work directly impacts service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Bring to the Table:

· Flexible availability, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)

· Ability to work 8-hour shifts

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

· 2+ years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations

· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

· Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is strongly preferred

· Strong adaptability to evolving processes and workflows

· A growth mindset with leadership potential

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Bilingual in Chinese and English (required for customer communication)

A Peek into What Your Day Will Look Like:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Complete tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers.

· Plan, prioritize, and assign work based on operational needs and customer requirements.

· Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

· Receive, label, and store inbound shipments accurately.

· Print and apply labels for incoming and outgoing shipments and packages.

· Prepare outbound shipments, including picking and packing orders.

· Perform cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy.

· Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

· Ensure all records and data are accurate and up to date.

· Follow and enforce workplace safety procedures and standards.

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and departmental regulations.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed warehouse environment.

· Utilize WMS systems to manage inventory and improve operational visibility.

· Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

· Adjust processes based on operational needs to optimize productivity and accuracy.

Perform other duties as required.
