If you were to leave The Salvation Army, what would be the reason?New management don’t listen, mot very cooperative and they don’t care about staff mental health or physical health. They never try to make it a welcoming environment and have a hard time making decisions regarding providing the right client referrals from the program. They also want you to work long hours without any compensation. They also want ti change the program from concurrent disorders to “Developmental Health, which isn’t what we signed up for.
