The Opportunity
As part of the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and reporting to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise Transformation, the Enterprise Prioritization Manager plays a key role in connecting strategy to execution.
This highly visible enterprise role brings structure, transparency, and discipline to how initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and advanced across Medavie. Working closely with senior leaders across the organization, you will help ensure resources, investments, and effort remain focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest organizational value.
You will serve as a central coordinator for enterprise prioritization, helping ensure organizational capacity, resources, and investment decisions remain aligned to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong enterprise thinking, sound business judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity. You will influence decisions through data-driven insights, facilitate alignment across stakeholders, and help leaders make informed prioritization decisions.
This is an individual contributor role with significant enterprise-wide impact.
What You’ll Do

Lead and continuously improve Medavie's enterprise prioritization framework, ensuring initiatives align with organizational priorities and objectives.

Support enterprise governance and decision-making forums by providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.

Maintain an enterprise-wide view of initiatives, dependencies, risks, capacity constraints, and resource demands to inform prioritization decisions.

Partner across Finance, Strategy, Technology, Risk, and business teams to assess initiative value, feasibility, risk, and organizational impact.

Translate complex information into concise, executive-ready materials and facilitate discussions that drive alignment and informed decisions.

Drive consistency in prioritization practices, governance processes, reporting, and supporting tools across the organization.

Experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, portfolio management, governance, consulting, PMO leadership, or related disciplines.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field

5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, portfolio management, governance, consulting, PMO leadership, or a related discipline
-
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams on enterprise initiatives, governance, or prioritization activities.

Certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent is considered an asset
Language Requirement: English is required; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) , including fingerprinting, a criminal record check, and a credit check. You must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship status.
