The uncertainty that is coming with the WEST Program to change the vendor management in PHSA, and with CST also acting like children and smashing down everyone in their path, but not having the smarts to build proper ways of working once they are going, is making the days get harder. also there is a culture of join the CST way or be fired, but no one is explaining what that means.

I would, and did google PHSA. There was an update to the mission statement as of 2016. The new vision was developed in consultation with the residents, their families, and staff. It emphasizes an expectation of results through knowledge and caring. Couple that with an attitude of respect, cooperation, open mindedness, and willingness to consider with sincerity and compassion all aspects of the resident's safety and well being.
I would emphasize my understanding of the day to day function of the hospital and the need to keep up in service training.
