Enable confident, insight led decision making by delivering high quality advisory and decision support that drives impact for the business as our Advisory & Decision Support Manager
What will your typical day look like?
Your day will involve leading the advisory and decision support capability, working closely with senior leaders to inform strategic, financial, and operational decisions that drive marketplace growth. You will oversee the delivery of high quality insights, develop and empower a high performing team, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the firm. This role combines analytical rigor with strong commercial acumen, converting complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic planning, sales performance, and leadership decision making.
This includes:
- Lead the delivery of advisory and decision support focused on marketplace sales, revenue performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Growth Office, Relationship Office, and Commercial Office leadership to understand priorities and provide timely, actionable insights
- Oversee analysis such as pipeline analysis, sales performance trends, and growth opportunity insights
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of advisory and decision support professionals, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture
- Support go to market activities, account strategies, and commercial decision making through robust financial and sales analytics
- Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leaders to support informed revenue and growth decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics, advisory frameworks, and decision support tools
- Stay current on market trends, sales analytics practices, and the use of advanced analytics and AI to enhance commercial insights

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with these required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably within a Marketplace or Finance reporting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI to do ad-hoc analyses and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience in sales, pipeline, revenue, and growth analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Experience or interest in applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics, automation) to enhance sales analysis, insight generation, or decision making
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:
- Experience supporting go to market strategy, account planning, or performance management
- Professional designation or advanced degree (CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar)
- Experience in project or change management within a professional services or large scale organization
- Bilingual language capabilities (English/French)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or data visualization tools
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
