  • Ensure all required reporting is completed accurately and on time

Systems & Compliance

  • Uphold health & safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Follow internal controls for cash handling, inventory, and payroll
  • Execute company initiatives and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Leader
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials (labour, COGS, controllables)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Confident decision-maker with a calm, professional leadership style
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience working in structured, multi-unit environments is an asset
  • Passion for hospitality and community-focused restaurants

Why Join Us

  • Clear expectations and strong operational support
  • Opportunity to lead an established restaurant with room to grow
