As a Department Manager for our client, you are a dynamic and motivated supervisor looking to grow their career while enjoying the natural beauty of Northern Canada. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Live, work and positively contribute to your northern community in Canada
  • Meet execution of in-store selling activities and marketing programs
  • Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location
  • Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers.
  • Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service
  • Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members
  • Problem-solve unique issues with the resources at hand and the best advice from fellow team members
