The manger was hard to get along with. She had her favorites. She was more concerned about money and V.O.C. (Voice of the customer surveys) then having the cages and tanks of the animals clean. I called in sick once and she told me that I needed to have a doctors note, which I did get. The note cost me $50.00 and the company didn't even reimburse me back they said that it comes out of my pocket. So, not only was out a days wage but $50.00 on top of it for being sick.
