Horrible management, excepted to work overtime on salary. Promised a certain wage but was lower than what I was promised.
Answered 18 December 2018Actually listen to employee suggestions , either regarding safety or issues with the job. That would have gone a long way in making my time at Brandt more Enjoyable and Productive.
Answered 29 August 2020There needs to be reorganizing of tasks. Some people are over capacity while others are under. This would allow more focus on each task at hand. By moving around tasks it would also have multiple people knowing the areas and there would be better coverage for vacations. It would be more efficient and give a better understanding of how many employees should be needed and/or hired.

Answered 24 February 2021Very well, big office buildings. Sales, marketing and others worked from home and they seperated the people left throughout the building. Sanitizers, wipes available.

Answered 4 September 2019Cannot use vacation until you have worked there for a year. You do accumulate your time during that first year so if you quit before your year is up, you get paid out but its hard to take time off during the first year. 3 weeks
