It is fairly ok to work there. Better than retail jobs and better than many other low pay works. It doesn't require too much knowledge and it is not hard on body. So better than construction work. Good job if you can get out of the base technician role. Management are usually pretty good. Pay is good for what is expected from you. Benefits pension and what not are also good bonuses.
