As a sales person commission is what make the role good or bad. Although sales plans are always between 13-20 growth YOY and aggressive, this is not the problem at UPS. The issue is customers leaving or migrating some services to other cheaper vendors. This takes your 13-20 YOY plan to 25-45 YOY growth...Show more
