Read your union book and know your rights. Otherwise the supervisors will make your life hard. You will get little training so make sure you ask questions of the other drivers, they will be your lifeline. Be aware though that there is very high turnover, so most of the ft drivers won't bother to learn your name. Seriously, best advice I can give it - more... to learn your rights, read your union book.
