Position Available - Sunday-Saturday (7am to 3:30pm)

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work along with other kitchen members to prep and execute various meals including soups, salads, hot entrees and canapés.
  • Basic daily prep may involve, sauces, butchery, dressings and fruit/produce prep
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Communicate ingredient ordering needs to the chefs
  • Attention to delivery times and assuring orders are ready prior to their scheduled delivery

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, fast, organized and possess great attitudes
  • Candidates should have at least 2-3 years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to lift +50 lbs
  • Catering experience is an asset
