What You Bring:

  • A passion for providing exceptional hearing care
  • Proficiency in hearing testing, hearing aid selection and fitting
  • Strong counseling and communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Confidence using audiometric equipment and clinic software
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Registration: Graduate of a recognized Hearing Aid Practitioner program, registered with the College of Speech & Hearing (in good standing).
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience is preferred, but we value passion and skill as much as tenure. Students welcome!
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Warm, empathetic, and excellent with people.
  • Skilled in hearing aid fitting and customer counseling.
  • Strong technical ability and time management.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
