Full job description

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, dicing, and slicing ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Monitor food inventory and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food service industry or as a line cook is preferred
- Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
