Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. Foreign trained dentists preferred. Proficiency of Indian languages will be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Abeldent
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, confirm appointments, and direct calls efficiently
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, faxing, and handling correspondence related to medical terminology.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointment scheduling.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly while providing exceptional customer service.

Experience

  • Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Abeldent
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Office experience in a fast-paced environment that involves administrative responsibilities and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and healthcare compliance standards is advantageous.
