Do not work here.. They don't care. They keep hiring. And your hours get cut.. Back to point of quiting.
They will do anything to keep the $$ in their pockets and not the worker.
They love it when the worker works for nothing.
Workers are expected to check their schedules and emails very frequently, not time paid by company, and if a response is not fast enough then the texts start. More like harrassment - unpaid!
You have to give 12 hour availability, such as 8 to 8pm. Gained a lot of weight driving for that many hours and tired all the time.

Respect and recognition for PSW s work etic first of all more money and once in a blue moon a litlle something from the company to make feel us apreciate it
Time management when all appointments are scheduled for an hour and if they do run for the entire hour which they often do then you are late to the next appointment and then each one after that
