About the Opportunity

We are developing a Canada‑wide talent pipeline of Epic Patient Access/Revenue Cycle consultants to support current and upcoming Epic projects across hospitals, provincial health authorities, and regional healthcare partners. This includes work related to implementations, optimizations, upgrades, integration, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

We are connecting with Epic‑certified professionals for both active needs and upcoming engagements, ranging from project‑based assignments to full‑time roles. By joining our Epic Talent Network, you will be considered for a variety of initiatives supporting system performance, workflow modernization, interoperability, and data‑driven improvements across the Canadian healthcare landscape.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced, Canada‑based Epic consultants with certification and hands‑on build experience in one or more key Patient Access/Revenue Cycle applications, including:

  • ADT

  • Grand Central (ADT/Bed Planning)

  • Prelude (Registration)

  • Cadence (Scheduling)

  • Referrals

  • RTE (Real‑Time Eligibility)

  • Hospital Billing (HB)

  • Professional Billing (PB)

Experience supporting Canadian healthcare environments, such as provincial health authorities, hospitals, and regional health systems, is highly required.

What You’ll Do

Depending on upcoming projects, responsibilities may include:

  • Optimizing patient access workflows including ADT, scheduling, registration, and referral management

  • Supporting enterprise implementations, upgrades, or post‑go‑live optimization

  • Designing efficient template build, visit types, RTE workflows, and throughput strategies

  • Improving billing accuracy and revenue integrity

  • Partnering with patient access leaders, revenue cycle teams, and operational stakeholders

  • Contributing to workflow redesign sessions and integrated project teams

What You Bring

  • Current Epic certification in a related Patient Access or Revenue Cycle module (required)

  • Experience with scheduling, registration, ADT, and/or billing workflows

  • Strong understanding of hospital and ambulatory access operations

  • Experience supporting Canadian health systems is preferred

  • Located in Canada and/or eligible to work for Canadian-based engagements without sponsorship

Why Join Our Talent Pipeline

  • Early visibility into upcoming Epic projects across Canada

  • Opportunities with Epic implementations, modernization, and data transformation initiatives

  • Flexible opportunities: contract, contract‑to‑hire, and full‑time roles

  • Primarily remote with milestone travel work options across most provinces

  • Alignment of opportunities to your certifications, module expertise, experience, and availability
