Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within grocery stores. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling various cleaning tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Prior experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficiency of our work sites while developing valuable skills.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including machinery, work areas, and equipment
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with construction or restoration projects by preparing sites and cleaning up debris
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
  • Support team members with additional tasks related to site cleanup and preparation as needed

Experience

  • Experience using auto scrubbers, burnishers, floor polishers, and carpet extractors.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Evening or overnight shifts.
  • Commercial cleaning experience required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards is essential

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
