What advice would you give the CEO of GDI Services about how to improve the company?
Pay your staff a decent wage,because without them you'd be nothing!!!! Appreciation and Respect go a long way. Some of the district managers have no idea how to treat the workers or how to clean!!!.

They hired immediately. If they really need a person for a job
With such a high turnover rate, GDI WILL hire ANYBODY! All you have to do is show up to the interview.
What would you suggest GDI Services management do to prevent others from leaving?
change everything about the company. Treat your employees with the respect they deserve. Pay fair wages and most importantly hire management that have experience.
Over load of work in scheduled hours
Good cleaners work hard, and take up the slack for entitled workers who choose to pretend to work
