- Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all stages—from concept and feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
- Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Guide project approvals by collaborating with municipal authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality to ensure predictable, successful delivery.
- Conduct site reviews, coordinate with contractors, and provide construction‑phase engineering input.
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers and technologists, contributing to a strong, collaborative Manitoba team.
- Support proposal development, fee estimates, scope definition, and pursuit strategy to drive growth in the region.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 8+ years of progressive experience in land development and municipal infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. registration (or eligibility) in Manitoba.
- Proven success managing complex land development or municipal servicing projects.
- Strong knowledge of Manitoba municipal processes, approval pathways, and servicing standards.
- Technical experience in water, sanitary, stormwater, roadway, and site‑servicing design.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing client expectations.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to support construction‑phase activities.
