Horrible! Administration has no trust in faculty and staff. Lack of support and tools to do your job. Workload is so unreasonable compared to other universities. Average workweek: 60+ hours, unable to take vacation two years in a row, concerns fall on deaf ears.

I actually interviewed for a different job, but seemed to fit in as an Event Coordinator. Fortunately, this position soon became available.

You have to enjoy adventure and be willing to put in some extra time while traveling and also upon returning home.

Care about your students and staff.Hire enough staff and support staff so people can work a normal 40-ish hour work week and have some work-life balance.
