Primary Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated support tickets from Level 1 Technicians involving servers, networking, and cloud applications.
- Perform routine maintenance on client environments, including patching, backups, and end-point management.
- Provide on-site support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for customers that issues cannot be resolved remotely.

- Collaborate with Level 3 team members on client infrastructure improvements and technical projects.
- Maintain and update client technical documentation.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of workstations, networking gear, and cloud tools.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding issue resolution.
- Participation in on-call rotation and after-hours assistance as required.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of technical support in an MSP environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, modern networking concepts, and cloud services (M365, Azure).
- Experience using Linux (Debian), Proxmox, & Proxmox Clustering considered a big asset.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage competing priorities.
- Experience participating as a technical resource in infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, or deployment projects.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
- A valid class 5 Canadian drivers license and willingness to travel as required to customer sites.
Meaningful Benefits:
You’ll work alongside supportive and skilled teammates who take pride in delivering dependable technology solutions and exceptional customer service. We offer all employees the room to learn, advance, and contribute to the systems that our customers rely on every day.
