4Tracks Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organized Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations at our Winnipeg location. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring departmental performance, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and oversee daily transportation operations
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate departmental activities
  • Monitor operational and staff performance
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management
  • Supervise, support, and train staff
  • Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and other departments
  • Support continuous improvement of transportation processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to less than 5 years of relevant transportation or management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prepare reports and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of trucking or transportation operations is preferred
  • Proficiency in English
