Our interview process starts with a phone call with a recruiter followed by a presentation that will showcase our communities and making sure you are as prepared as possible, and the last stage would be to meet with the hiring manager.
Our recruiters will inquire about your experience, your motivation to move to northern Canada and your adaptability to change and ability to work under stress.
