Relevant du gestionnaire en rémunération globale, l’analyste en rémunération agit comme partenaire clé dans l’analyse, l’évolution et le maintien des programmes de rémunération pour nos bureaux du Canada, des États-Unis et du Royaume-Uni. Le rôle combine une dimension conseil (recommandations salariales, vigie de marché) et opérationnelle (forte composante analytique, systèmes, cycles).
Ta journée ressemblera à ceci:
- Analyser les programmes de rémunération et formuler des recommandations afin d’en assurer la compétitivité
- Réaliser des analyses de positionnement salarial (embauche, promotion, ajustements)
- Assurer une veille des tendances de marché et des exigences réglementaires (Canada, États-Unis, Europe)
- Coordonner les activités liées à l’évaluation des postes, aux structures salariales et au maintien du système de classification
- Prendre en charge les suivis liés à la Loi sur l’équité salariale
- Participer activement aux cycles annuels (révision salariale, bonification, planification de la main-d’œuvre)
- Produire des analyses budgétaires et projections de coûts
- Produire des analyses avancées et tableaux de bord pour soutenir la prise de décision
- Maintenir les structures salariales et les données dans le SIRH en collaboration avec l’Analyste SIRH
- Supporter la configuration des cycles et les utilisateurs
- Effectuer des audits de données et contribuer à l’amélioration continue
- Participer aux enquêtes salariales et analyser les résultats
Ton profil
- Bilingue : français et anglais
- BAC en RH, administration ou domaine connexe;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en rémunération;
- Excellentes compétences analytiques;
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel;
- Connaissance des pratiques en matière de rémunération;
- Expérience avec un SIRH un atout;
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens du jugement;
- Fort esprit de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes;
- Capacité à travailler avec confidentialité et discrétion;
- Capacité à donner des recommandations pertinentes.

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the Compensation Analyst acts as a key partner in the analysis, evolution and maintenance of compensation programs for our Canada, U.S. and U.K. offices. The role combines an advisory dimension (salary recommendations, market monitoring) and an operational dimension (strong analytical component, systems, cycles).
Your day will look like this:
- Analyze compensation programs and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness
- Carry out salary positioning analyses (hiring, promotion, adjustments)
- Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements (Canada, United States, Europe)
- Coordinate activities related to job evaluation, salary structures and maintenance of the classification system
- Take charge of follow-ups related to the Pay Equity Act
- Actively participate in annual cycles (salary review, bonus, workforce planning)
- Produce budget analyses and cost projections
- Produce advanced analytics and dashboards to support decision-making
- Maintain salary structures and data in HRIS in collaboration with the HRIS Analyst
- Support cycle configuration and users
- Perform data audits and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze results
Your profile:
- Bilingual: French & English
- Bilingual: French and English
- Bachelor's degree in HR, administration or related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of compensation practices;
- Experience with an HRIS an asset;
- Autonomy, rigor and sense of judgment;
- Strong synthesis and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion;
- Ability to make relevant recommendations.
