Job Description:
As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious espresso drinks, beautiful latte art, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure all drinks are prepared to meet the high standards outlined during training, providing customers with a consistently excellent coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including expertly crafted latte art.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all drinks meet the quality standards outlined during training, consistently delivering great taste and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist in restocking supplies and keeping inventory up to date.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience, with a focus on espresso drinks and latte art.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the craft.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
