What are your contributions to the team?

  • Monitor and resolve freight payment exceptions (rate mismatches, duplicates, missing data).
  • Investigate discrepancies using shipment details and rate information; coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review invoices for accuracy (linehaul, fuel, accessorials) and support transportation issue resolution.
  • Track exceptions, maintain documentation, and report trends and root causes.
  • Contribute to and help drive process improvements; support execution of projects and cross-functional initiatives.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You bring a minimum of two (2+) years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service within a professional environment.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with solid problem-solving and organizational skills, and are able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You have practical experience working with Excel and business systems such as TMS, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across teams.
  • You have exposure to freight billing, transportation operations, or carrier coordination, with an understanding of the shipment lifecycle and associated charges.
  • You have intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and a working knowledge of data analysis concepts.
  • You have experience supporting or contributing to projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
