About USVA Spa

USVA Spa is New Brunswick’s premier Nordic wellness destination and the #1 Spa & Wellness experience in Moncton on TripAdvisor. Recognized on the Spas of America Top 50 and Top 100 lists for both 2024 and 2025, we’ve earned our reputation by delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in warmth, intention, and care.

Inspired by a thermal ritual over 2,000 years old, USVA immerses guests in a world of heat, cold, and rest — a genuine escape just 10 minutes from downtown Moncton. Every visit is designed to restore. Every interaction matters.

As we prepare to open our second location in the St. Andrews area this July 2026, we’re looking for a front-of-house team member who leads with hospitality in their heart. You’ll be the first and last impression our guests carry with them.

If you thrive in a calm, elevated environment, genuinely love making people feel welcomed and cared for, and want to grow with a brand that’s redefining wellness in Atlantic Canada — we’d love to meet you.

Join us. Be part of the experience.

As an Experience Attendant, you will be responsible for offering a warm welcome to guests and ensuring they have an exceptional experience at the spa. You will maintain the cleanliness and preparation of spaces, respond to guests’ questions, and help maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. You will also be tasked with informing clients about the services offered and supporting the team with various operational tasks.

service zones, locker rooms, and thermal spaces.

● Support the team as needed, taking on different tasks depending on workload (reception, café, maintenance, etc.).

● Report any situations requiring intervention to the Experience Manager.

● Perform any other related tasks necessary for the success and efficiency of the position.

Requirements

● Experience in customer service, ideally in a spa, hotel, or wellness center.

● Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, to interact with a diverse clientele.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
