No flexibility with scheduling if you are a student or need time off. They originally tell you they do but it is a lie. They want documented proof of your school scheduling and then it's a huge pain to try ask for a evening to do some needed home work or family issue or anything. They expect you to wait by the phone every hr of the day and expected to come in right now because there are so many people missing shifts. They expect the world from us but pay minimum wage. Better off to just work at a gas station or some place where you can have an occasional slow moment without being whipped and spied on by cameras every moment! Be prepared to be always stressed out. Believe me, you want to look elsewhere if possible.
