Get in the trenches, hire moles, and find out what's really going on in your casinos. You people are all talk, they say they are all about teamwork and values but that is far from the truth. Your training is pathetic, management sucks, what systems? people are in business for themselves and shine up whenever management comes around. Your culture is about as fake as the news that comes out of the media these days.

Company will have to deal with a high rotation of workers and brain drain. As a result company culture will suffer and many employees will resist to champion the company's initiatives to improve customer services since GCC seems not to care about its own employees mental and physical health.
