This is a Hands-On builder role. Not a management or strategy role.
Toronto · $85,000–$110,000 base + potential to grow. Hybrid Remote + On-site. Full-Time.
We’re looking for a hands-on in house marketer to create, execute, test, and continuously improve marketing across content, funnels, and ads, that all directly drive booked strategy sessions, conversion, and revenue.
This role is execution-heavy and performance-driven. You’ll be expected to move quickly, produce consistently, and improve results based on real data, not opinions.
That includes:
- Writing clear, compelling, conversion-focused copy
- Building and optimizing landing pages
- Management of ad accounts (primarily Google and Meta)
- Creating, testing, and iterating on ad creatives (image/ video/ copy)
- Strategic social media and article posting for human engagement, and AI discoverability
- Engaging in real conversations online (not just posting)

What This Role Actually Is:
You will be doing the work, not managing it.
This role combines:
- Direct-response copywriting
- Content creation
- Landing page creation and optimization
- Social / Community engagement
- YouTube posting, and content optimization
- Ad creative and iteration
- Fast execution based on performance data
You will take real insights, real offers, and real market feedback and turn them into marketing that performs so the founders are out of the weeds of ads, creatives, and marketing.
Your Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) will be to contribute directly to growth through a mix of paid and organic execution:
Paid Content, Copy, & Conversion
- Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, hooks, captions, landing pages, and funnel pages
- Build and improve landing pages
- Edit and produce short-form video for ads, testimonials, clips, and YouTube
- Create and improve ad creatives (primarily for Meta and TikTok)
- Improve messaging, structure, and conversion flow across the funnel
- Test headlines, hooks, angles, layouts, concepts, formats, and calls to action
- Turn insights into assets quickly, then iterate based on performance
Organic Content
- Create, edit and publish clear, persuasive website content, blog posts and articles for human consumption, SEO and AI recommendation.
- Write and post strategic social media content across key platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and similar channels.
- Moderate social media responses.
- Actively participate in online conversations and community engagement, including Linkedin, Reddit and similar platforms.
Execution and Iteration
- Produce consistently without needing constant oversight.
- Test and adjust quickly.
- Improve based on data (not opinions).
- Prioritize what drives results, not just what looks good.
You are likely a strong fit if you are:
- Hands-on. You build and execute.

You can:
- Build and think in funnels, not just individual pieces
- Write clear, compelling copy that drives action
- Edit clean, engaging short-form video
- Package, post, and optimize YouTube content, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and clips
- Understand offers, objections, hooks, and conversion psychology
- Spot weak messaging and improve it fast
You have:
- 2-3+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally working with high-ticket B2C services (coaching, education, health, or mental health).
We Do NOT Want Someone who:
- has no experience in high-ticket performance-driven marketing
- primarily “manages” agencies or freelancers
- relies on AI for strategy, thinking, and core work instead of bringing their own judgment and ideas
- needs step-by-step instructions for everything
- has only brand/content experience but little performance marketing depth
- talks about marketing well but has little evidence of driving results

- Consistent, measurable increase in booked strategy sessions
- Improved online presence, credibility, and sentiment
- Higher conversion across landing pages and funnels
- Consistent output of content that drives real engagement and action
- Stronger-performing ad creative and messaging based on data
- Clear, measurable contribution to revenue growth
Compensation & Details
- Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 CAD with room to grow
This range is intended for a strong individual contributor. Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability to produce the results we are looking for.

This is a high-impact role for someone who likes to build, test, improve, and win.
