Position Summary

The Billing Supervisor manages all activities in the Billing and some Payroll functions. The role involves overseeing the creation and delivery of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements and regulations. Additionally, this role plays a vital part in analyzing billing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve billing efficiency and revenue collection. This role also ensures gross Driver payroll is processed timely and accurately according to defined payroll rates and schedules.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate Invoicing of customers.
• Ensures current billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations.
• Manages the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and errors.
• Lead a team of people to accurately and Timely: Process gross payroll for drivers and invoice customers
• Lead a centralized handling department, ensuring timely collection and scanning of documents
• Assist with Credit and Collections.
• Manage Revenue and Expense accruals.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• 5 years in a related position
• University degree or College diploma
• Process and Data Analysis – Advanced Excel required
• Policy Administration
• Supervisory experience
• TMS experience, including EDI processing
