French Speaking Sales Agent – Automotive Accessories, Wheels & Tires

Richmond Hill, ON | Full-Time, Permanent | $20–$25/hr + Bonus & Benefits

PartsEngine is looking for motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Automotive Sales team in Richmond Hill.

If you are passionate about the automotive aftermarket industry and enjoy helping customers find the right tires, wheels, truck accessories, powersports, RV, and outdoor products, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for automotive enthusiasts with strong customer service and sales skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with opportunities for growth and advancement. We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Professional who knows the technical difference between $+35$ and $-12$ offset and can communicate that expertise fluently in both English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone and email
  • Complete product inquiry tickets through our ticketing system
  • Assist customers with tire, wheel, truck accessory, powersports, RV, and outdoor product inquiries
  • Verify vehicle fitment and recommend suitable alternative products when needed
  • Follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding order status updates
  • Support communication between Vendors, Administration, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and accurate order handling
  • Provide support to the Operations team when required
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately
  • Solve customer concerns with creative and effective solutions
  • Share ideas and feedback to improve processes and overall efficiency
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Qualifications & Experience

  • Basic understanding of tire and wheel fitment for cars, SUVs, trucks, and powersports applications is required
  • Automotive aftermarket accessory knowledge is considered a strong asset
  • Powersports knowledge is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple software systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly in a constantly evolving environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
